We will never sell, rent or transfer your information to any third party.

All employees are required to adhere to our strict privacy policies and anyone who violates the privacy policy is subject to termination or other disciplinary measures.
BPSC only collects personally identifiable information you provide in order for us to fulfill a service that you request. For example, if you request a demonstration software package we will need to collect your company name, your name, your address, your email address and other appropriate data needed to provide the service to you.
We may use personal information in a way that does not identify you specifically but does allow us to identify certain criteria about the users of our site in general. For example, we may inform or discuss with third parties the number of users accessing the site, pages visited and the pages most frequently browsed.
We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads on our behalf. These companies may use cookies to measure advertising effectivness. Any information that these companies collect via cookies is completely anonymous.
Occassionally, in order to diagnose a software problem, we may request data files that contain private healthcare information. BPSC can never accept such data as an attachment to email, an unsecured method of transmitting data. Such data can only be forwarded on compact disk or using our secure FTP site. Any such data is subject to the above privacy standards. We destroy any data that you provide us as soon as it is no longer needed to resolve the issue.
We strive to make certain that our servers and connections incorporate the latest encryption and security devices. To prevent unauthorized access, we have implemented physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information that you may provide.
